Madame Tussauds has a robust collection of wax figures and was looking for interactive ways to tell the story behind the figures while building on the fun and playful Madame Tussauds brand.

ARtGlass Deployment

In 2019, ARtGlass launched Madame Tussauds’ Alive in AR, a 45-minute augmented reality tour that allows guests to explore American presidents and other notable people and moments in U.S. history. A self-led tour enables guests to enjoy the wax figures through AR and gamification. This tour includes parallax videos, 360-degree panoramas, and full screen games. It also features an emotional moment where guests experience what it may have felt like for Rosa Parks when she defiantly stayed in her seat during the Civil Rights Movement.
